Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our Melbourne based, Australian team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.


Reporting to the Director of Digital Heath, this role will be responsible for the management of digital products within Movember’s prostate cancer portfolio. You’ll act as the bridge between the business, the users and the delivery teams to make sure we achieve our goals for market adoption and customer satisfaction. For each product in the portfolio, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the market, business goals and users’ needs to ensure we’re making the best decisions across product strategy, roadmap and backlog releases.


Key responsibilities:

  • Work across both product delivery and product strategy to ensure we're building the right products, and that the team is building those products in the right way.
  • Manage the Opportunity Matrix for each product in the prostate cancer portfolio
  • Manage the Product Roadmaps
  • Own the Product Lifecycle, including design, delivery, optimisation and backlog management
  • Work closely with the Movember technical development team, participating in key agile rhythms
  • Key stakeholder engagement, including both internal and external


For this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years’ successful digital product delivery in an Agile environment
  • Experience in, or a strong understanding of, product delivery in a Waterfall environment
  • Excellent critical thinking and business analysis skills
  • Advanced communication skills and a track record of building and maintaining collaborative relationships and managing stakeholders
  • Proven results in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Highly developed organisation skills, project and prioritisation management skills
  • The flexibility to work within global, virtual working environments


Bonus points for:

  • Experience in human centred design
  • Experience in health care industry or other highly regulated industries
