Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health on a global scale, focusing on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. The charity raises funds to deliver innovative, breakthrough research and support programs that enable men to live happier, healthier, and longer lives.


We are currently looking to recruit a bilingual, passionate and engaged Campaign Support staff to help deliver our annual campaign.  We anticipate that the Campaign Support Team will be home-based due to COVID-19 restrictions.

  • Be the voice of Movember, responding to all telephone, live chat, and email enquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner
  • Processing donations and gift matching requests efficiently
  • Supporting on research, outreach, data management and project work as required
  • Identifying any patterns or issues with the website, and reporting these to the Manager, Stewardship & Recognition
  • Supporting the Facebook inbox and fundraising pages
  • Supporting post-campaign with ‘thank yous’
  • Supporting office management; including collecting, processing, and sending post, and ordering supplies to be used by the team
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Attending local events, where necessary, to give our fundraisers a remarkable experience, which can include work at evenings and weekends*


*Event delivery will be predominantly virtual due to COVID-19.


To be successful in the role you'll need:

  • The ability to effectively and fluently communicate in French, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • The ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • To work well under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
  • To be good team player.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative.
  • To be happy working occasional evenings and weekends.
